PA Mediapoint’s Release Amplify service boosts your press release using ad-driven distribution, with 50,000 guaranteed impressions.

After each release you will receive analytics reports covering PA’s newswire, Explore and ad-driven distribution, typically provided approximately 7-10 days after your release has been sent.

Key timelines for the Release Amplify service

1. Ad-driven distribution is available within our office hours, which are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700. 
2. Following publication of your press release, the ad-driven distribution process will begin; typically your campaign will be live within 12 hours depending on sign-off on the creative for the ad units.

What do you need to do next?

For one-off press-releases:

1. Use the submission guidelines provided via email after booking to check your release and to make sure you have everything requested on our checklist.
2. Send the final, ready-to-publish text of your press release plus up to three images and a logo to mediapointsupport@pa.media.

Please note: We typically require 24 hours’ lead time to get your one-off release prepared for distribution; if you require it sooner then please speak to the team who will be able to confirm availability.

We will confirm and book your intended distribution time. Any late changes must be sent to us no less than three hours before the intended distribution time, or by 4pm on the previous working day if your release is being distributed before 12pm.

Release Amplify ad-driven distribution

1. Confirm if you wish to use the default media sites for the ad-driven distribution or select a custom list.
2. Confirm if you wish to provide ad creative or use our creative.

For PA press release partners:

1. Use your custom webform to submit your release, using the login details supplied to you by our operations team.
2. Once your release has been sent, please contact us at mediapointsupport@pa.media to activate your ad-driven distribution.

Reporting
