In this month’s staff spotlight, we are pleased to introduce Sade Vitoria, Junior Account Manager at PA Mediapoint. With a background in sales and creativity, Sade enjoys the independence of her role, meeting clients, and ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.

What is your job role at Mediapoint and what does a typical working day entail for you?

As a Sales Executive my day involves lots of calls! I meet with prospective clients, ensuring they’re up to date on new launches and have all the tools they need to succeed in the media landscape.

How would you describe PA Mediapoint in one sentence?

Internally: PA Mediapoint is inclusive and allows you to grow independently.

Externally: A must-have for any PR & Comms professional.

Tell us about your career journey, both at PA Mediapoint and what led you to working here?

I’ve been predominantly in sales and creative roles for most of my life, and PA Mediapoint is a mix of both, allowing you to find creative ways to work with clients as well as keeping the social elements of sales through meeting people from every type of industry.

What’s your favourite thing about your job?

Independence & how broad the product can be applied.

What’s been the biggest changes in the PR industry that you have noticed?

I am still relatively new to the industry but AI integration has been a big kickstarter.

How do you see the industry changing within the next five years?

We will all be replaced by robots! Maybe not exactly, but there will certainly be a lot more processes streamlined for PR & Comms professionals.

Tell us a bit about yourself outside of work? What hobbies do you enjoy? 

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, I run an international events company called Afrobeats International hosting events around Puerto Rico, Portugal & London.
