In this month’s staff spotlight, we are pleased to introduce you to Customer Success Manager, Anita Holden.

What is your job role at Mediapoint and what does a typical working day entail for you?

As Customer Success Manager at PA Mediapoint , my primary responsibility revolves around making sure our customers are supported with the platform.

A usual day involves hosting Mediapoint training sessions for our ongoing customers and reaching out to other customers to offer them training, and assisting with their general queries.

How would you describe PA Mediapoint in one sentence?

Reliable.

Tell us about your career journey, both at PA Mediapoint and what led you to working here?

I have worked at PA for 7.5 years. In that time, I have worked my way up in my roles working closely with the PA Mediapoint team and its customers.

Previously I worked with a local newspaper in my hometown that used PA Media resources.

Favourite thing about your job?

What I love the most is that I get to talk to people every day, and the satisfaction of organising solutions for them.

What’s been the biggest changes in the PR industry that you have noticed?

During my time at PA the greatest changes have been world events, how they have affected the way PR and Marketing work, and the evolving ways the strategies have changed to help manage the changes.

How do you see the industry changing within the next five years?

AI is going to be the biggest change going forward.

Tell us a bit about yourself outside of work? What hobbies do you enjoy?

I recently took up jogging and I am enjoying my accomplishments with that.

My personal life revolves around my home and family, though I also make time for socialising with friends.
