Find all embargoes in one place on Mediapoint

By Alan Marshall 11/05/2021

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new embargoes feature for PA Mediapoint, making it easier for you to see all embargoed stories at a glance.

A simple way to bring together embargoed content from across PA’s services has been one of the most requested enhancements for Mediapoint, and we’re confident this latest update will enhance your overall user experience and make the process of discovering and using our embargoed content to shape your communications strategy more seamless and streamlined than ever.

The new feature in the left hand menu shows you all embargoed stories in one place as soon as they are published, meaning you can stay ahead of tomorrow’s news, prepare comments and contribute to stories more effectively.

You will be able to see, at a glance, which stories are embargoed for use later today or tomorrow.

And as the embargo time passes, the stories will be automatically removed from this menu – but will still be available in the Mediapoint feed.

We have also launched the first in a series of new help videos, with tips on how to quickly search for the copy you need:

And if you have access to PA’s Diary, our guide takes you through how to use the interactive search, where details and events are added as soon as they’re added by our editorial teams across the UK and Ireland.

If you have any questions about PA Mediapoint, please do not hesitate to contact us at MediapointTeam@abin-pam.union-dev2.net.
